Beginning Fall 2019 in addition to your general application for admission, the ASN program requires an additional Nursing Program Application. Security & Fire Safety Report

The Clery Act mandates that all Title IV institutions, without exception, prepare, publish and distribute an Annual Security and Fire Safety Report. This report consists of three basic parts: disclosure of the University’s crime statistics for the past three years; disclosure of the University’s fire statistics for the past three years; and disclosures regarding the University’s current campus policies related to personal, property and fire safety.
